Ametrine
Ametrine is the varietal name for purple and yellow bi-color Quartz, a combination of Amethyst and Citrine. This beautiful gem is usually fashioned into rectangular shapes to prominently display the different colors. The major source of Ametrine is Uruguay. Like other Quartz, the hardness is 7.
