Andalusite
Andalusite is a gemstone with notable pleochroism, differing color display based on crystal orientation. Andalusite can be faceted to display brown, green or pink body color because of its pleochroic nature. Brazil is a major source for faceted Andalusite. The hardness of Andalusite is 6.7 7.5 making it suitable for jewelry.
